One used Klir Fleece Filter Di-4 original version, but with upgraded base assembly, more powerful motor, and pair of fleece roller tension rings. That makes it like V2 unit except the new style sensor and controller.

I have two units. One unit has brand new optical sensor. The other one has a used optical sensor which was used for about two months. The first unit ordered will get the brand new sensor.

The Klir Di-4 Fleece Filter helps clean an aquarium by physically capturing waste and removing unwanted particles from the water. It replaces 4in filter socks and holds 25 yards of 50-micron fleece. The Klir Di-4 can handle up to 750gph.

The Klir filter is a direct replacement for filter socks on sumps with sock trays. Simply remove the filter sock from the sump and insert the Klir. As water passes through the Klir filter and the filtering material becomes saturated with waste, the water level will begin to rise. When the water makes contact with the optical sensor, a motor is activated to advance clean filtering material. As clean material is exposed, water can then flow freely, lowering the water level in the sock tray and deactivating the motor.
